ERG (Executive Resource Group Limited) came to us in October 2021 to create a portfolio of content for them to showcase their business over an extended period of time.
The challenge was to help increase both their client & candidate base, AND their own work force.
The solution was to create company brand videos including a 'walk through the office', 'meet the team', and personable 'talking head pieces to camera' videos with many different team members each talking about the benefits of their products, the great culture & benefits of working at ERG, several very funny blooper videos - to show a human side to the company that the viewer could buy into. Videos covering their USA office. Videos talking about the history of ERG, videos talking about the future of ERG.
Output over 50 videos were created which saw:
20% increase in overall engagement / enquiries from potential clients & candidates
8% increase in securing new deals with clients & candidates
